Connect a card through Plaid
Open Wallet, choose Add card, review the read-only Plaid explainer, then continue. During this personal preview, use Plaid sandbox only — username user_good, password pass_good at any bank. Do not use your real credentials.
Resume onboarding
If setup was interrupted, sign back in and go to Onboarding. You can skip the quiz, connect a card later, or return to the dashboard at any time.
Resume onboardingAdd the Pikt card to your phone
Issue your Pikt card from the Pikt Card page. Once issued, open your phone's Wallet app (Apple Pay or Google Pay), tap "Add a card," and follow the prompts. Tap-to-pay setup takes under two minutes.

Use Settings to update security, billing, email preferences, and account alerts. Account and billing alerts stay on for safety.
Open settingsDelete data or disconnect
Delete your account from Settings to remove linked cards, simulations, offers, and history. Removing a card from Wallet stops routing and removes it from your stack.
Report a problem
If Plaid, wallet setup, billing, or routing behaves unexpectedly, include the page, what you clicked, and any error message.
