• Where is Settings? I only see Manage account.

  Open the account menu from your profile photo in the phone header or your name at the bottom of the computer sidebar, then choose Settings. There are five tabs: Cards & bank for your cards and bank connections, Account for sign-in, email, and billing, Personalization for how you value points, Privacy for your data choices, and Help for support.

• How do I get home or sign back in?

  On the public site, Home or the Pikt logo takes you back to the landing page, and Sign in and Sign up are in the header. Once you're signed in, Home is Card Check. On a phone, the bottom bar handles the rest and your profile photo opens Settings. Both the sign-in and sign-up pages have a Back to home link if you end up somewhere unexpected.

• How do I change email and alerts?

  Open Settings → Account → Email. From there you can switch email and push alerts on or off, pause them for a day, or move savings mail from immediate to a weekly roundup. Security and billing notices always go out. Pro includes a heads-up email before you miss rewards.

• How do I hide dollar amounts?

  The eye icon in the top bar, ⌘H (Ctrl+H on Windows), and Settings → Account → Appearance → Hide balances are all the same switch. Amounts stay blurred on that device until you turn them back on.

• How do I sign in with a passkey?

  Open Settings → Account → Sign-in and add a passkey. After that, your browser or phone can unlock Pikt with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device PIN. Email sign-in keeps working, so a passkey adds a way in rather than replacing one.

• Why is Pikt asking for a 2-digit code?

  Because this is a browser we haven't seen before. On a device you already use, open Settings → Account → Sign-in and enter the 2-digit code it shows you here. Confirming the last four digits of a card in your Pikt wallet works too. The first browser you sign in from is trusted automatically.

• I got interrupted during setup. How do I finish?

  Sign back in and setup continues where you stopped. You must accept the Terms and Privacy Policy and confirm that you are 18 or older. You can skip adding cards and finish later in Settings → Cards & bank, but Pikt needs at least one card by name before it can compare your wallet.

• How do I delete my account and data?

  Go to Settings → Account → Danger zone and we email you a confirmation link. Once you confirm, your account enters a 14-day recoverable grace period. Sign back in during those 14 days and everything comes back. After that the account stays scheduled for removal: personal data and bank-feed records are permanently deleted within 90 days of the confirmed deletion, and any active subscription is canceled. That last step cannot be undone.
