• How does Pikt handle my recurring bills?

  Open Subscriptions to add bills yourself, or let an optional bank link find them for you. Pikt compares your cards on each one and shows the extra rewards it estimates over a year. Changing the card on file happens on the merchant's own site, so that last step stays yours.

• How do I put a bill on the better card?

  Open Subscriptions and add the bill, whether that's Netflix, your phone plan, or the gym. Pikt names the card that earns the most on it and shows what switching is worth over a year. You make the change with the merchant, since only they can update the card on file. Linking a bank is optional and just saves you from typing bills in by hand.

• How do I disconnect my bank?

  Open Settings → Cards & bank and disconnect. We revoke the connection token right away. Everything else keeps working with the cards you added by name. The Security page covers what stays behind and what doesn't.

• Is my bank data safe with Pikt?

  It is, and linking a bank is optional in the first place. If you do link one, the connection is read-only through Plaid or Quiltt: Pikt never receives your bank password, and read-only access can't move your money. We don't store raw card numbers. Disconnect whenever you like. The Security page spells out what we keep and what we don't.
