• What does Pikt do?

  Enter the store and amount. Pikt estimates which card in your wallet is likely to earn the most, with the dollar difference and a short reason. Issuers decide. Online, Pikt Checkout names that pick before you click pay. On recurring bills, Subscriptions shows which card is likely to earn the most and how to put it on file. You always pay with your own card, and Pikt never charges you or moves your money.

• Is Pikt still in beta?

  Yes, and it's free to try: Pikt Checkout is in beta · You choose the card and pay. During beta, Pro extras may be included at no charge. That access is not a fixed term, and we may end it anytime with notice. The pricing page shows what stays free forever and what counts as Pro; the About page has the longer story.

• Can I use Pikt on my phone?

  Yes. Open the Pikt website in your phone browser and sign in. There's nothing to install. Card Check sits on Home, and the bottom bar covers Transactions, Subscriptions, and Offers, which also holds credits and annual benefits. Your profile photo opens Settings. The Chrome extension needs a computer, and the site works fine without it.

• How do I add cards to my wallet?

  Open Settings → Cards & bank and add each card by name from the catalog. You won't be asked for a card number or a bank login. Pikt can only compare the cards it knows about, so the closer your Pikt wallet gets to your real one, the more useful its answers are.

• How do I install Pikt Checkout?

  Pikt Checkout is a Chrome extension, so you'll need a computer for this part. Open the extension page and follow the Chrome Developer mode steps, then sign in and connect your wallet. Pin the icon if you want it visible in the toolbar. The Chrome Web Store listing is still pending. On a phone, use Card Check in the web app instead. Either way, you pay with your own card.

• Do I need to link my bank to use Pikt?

  No. Add your cards by name, then open Card Check before you pay and that's the whole flow. On a computer, Pikt Checkout can name the card for you at online checkout. Linking a bank is optional and does one job: finding your recurring bills so you don't have to enter them by hand. Disconnect it anytime from Settings → Cards & bank.

• I got interrupted during setup. How do I finish?

  Sign back in and setup continues where you stopped. You must accept the Terms and Privacy Policy and confirm that you are 18 or older. You can skip adding cards and finish later in Settings → Cards & bank, but Pikt needs at least one card by name before it can compare your wallet.

• What is Card Check?

  Enter a store and amount. Pikt names the best card from your wallet — or a practice wallet of sample cards if you haven't added any yet. Practice runs stay out of your confirmed savings, so you can try it before you add anything.
