Yes, through your phone browser. Open Card Check before you pay, enter the store and amount, read the recommendation, then pay with your own card. Automatic nearby alerts aren't part of this beta yet, and the Chrome extension is for online checkout on a computer.
No. Pikt estimates which of your cards is likely to earn more and shows the dollar difference with a short reason; you choose the card and pay with it yourself. Issuers decide the rewards you actually get. Pikt never enters your full card number, charges a card, changes a subscription's payment method, or moves money.
