Yes, through your phone browser. Open Card Check before you pay, enter the store and amount, read the recommendation, then pay with your own card. Automatic nearby alerts aren't part of this beta yet, and the Chrome extension is for online checkout on a computer.
No, and that's deliberate. Pikt names the card and explains the difference; you choose it and pay. It never enters your full card number, charges a card, changes a subscription's payment method, or moves money.
