• Why isn't Pikt showing at checkout?

  It runs in Chrome on a computer only. Check that the extension is enabled, then open it from Chrome's Extensions menu and confirm that you are signed in with your wallet connected. Pinning only keeps the icon visible; it is not required. Recommendations can appear on supported merchant pages, and Card Check in the web app covers any page that isn't supported yet. Pikt never types your full card number or completes a payment for you.

• Why is this store in the wrong category?

  Card networks label each store, not Pikt, and that label decides which bonus applies, whatever the store's name suggests. It's why a coffee shop can count as dining rather than groceries, or a warehouse club might not count as a supermarket. When the category comes through with the purchase, Pikt uses it. If it still looks off, the store category guide goes deeper, or you can report it from Settings → Help.

• Where is Settings? I only see Manage account.

  Open the account menu from your profile photo in the phone header or your name at the bottom of the computer sidebar, then choose Settings. There are five tabs: Cards & bank for your cards and bank connections, Account for sign-in, email, and billing, Personalization for how you value points, Privacy for your data choices, and Help for support.

• Something went wrong. How do I report a problem?

  Open Settings → Help to chat or send a message, or use the contact form. Tell us the page you were on, what you clicked, and any error message you saw, and we can usually skip the back-and-forth.
