In your PSE&G account: My Account → Payment & Billing → Auto Pay.
Step by step
Sign in at pseg.com or the app.
Open Payment & Billing, then Auto Pay.

Save so the next statement uses it.
Heads up: Many utilities charge a convenience fee for card payments (often $1.50–$3) — check it doesn't outweigh the rewards before switching from a bank transfer.
