Where to update it
In your National Grid account: My Account → Billing & Payments → Auto Pay.
Step by step
Sign in at nationalgridus.com or the app.
Open Billing & Payments, then Auto Pay.
Add the card Pikt recommends.
Save to use it going forward.
Heads up: Many utilities charge a convenience fee for card payments (often $1.50–$3) — check it doesn't outweigh the rewards before switching from a bank transfer.
